Who will be the primary point of contact for our project, and can we meet the team members who will work on it?
Our founder, Rebecca Rausch, or our project manager, Susan Hoover, are the primary points of contact for any project. You are welcome to meet the artists assigned to your project but we often have multiple artists who work in tandem. Their time is relegated to the project at hand and very rarely do they need to interact with the assigned designer outside of our CRM Asana.
If you’d like to reach us directly, you can contact Rebecca at rebecca@neonlizardcreative.com or by phone at 952.452.0168.
How do you handle revisions during the design process, and how many revisions are included in your standard package?
All projects are run through a 10-step QA process prior to submission to the client for revisions. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, most projects are allotted 3 rounds of revisions before any additional charges are incurred. Most projects do not use all 3 rounds if we have good communication and quick decisive responses from our clients.
What is your policy on project turnaround times for each service (logo, website, social media, collateral)?
We are very flexible and can often “speed things up” without rush charges if the information provided is clear and the client is decisive. Logos generally take about a month, sites may be 3 months or more depending on size/functionality, social media is usually within 3 weeks from initial strategy session, and print collateral varies depending on complexity. A flyer may take a couple of weeks, and an annual reporter product catalog may take a few months from beginning to publication. However, the timing for each project depends on the individual project parameters. And timing will be discussed at the time of service.
How do you manage project deadlines, and what happens if a project goes over schedule?
If we are informed and have agreed to a project deadline, we will make it happen. Our team is worldwide, and we can work 24/7 if time is of the essence. Very rarely do we have an issue that causes a delay on our end of the agreement; it is usually a lack of client response or a change of project parameters that causes a delay.
What are the next steps to working with you?
Make an appointment with Rebecca, head lizard, so we can discuss your project details and confirm we are a good fit for each other.
Do I get to approve my social before it goes out?
Of course! We insist on it. You will be able to approve graphics, copy and scheduled dates before anything is posted.
